Evolve Home Care can provide a companion who is right for you and your needs. We will conduct a consultation at your home to ensure we understand your needs.
How can we help you with companion care?
We will come to your home. You don’t need to come to us. We even offer a free in-home consultation where one of our caregivers or nurses meets with you during a time that is most convenient.
We can accompany you to appointments. Our caregivers can look out for your safety and help you get to any event or outings.
We can assist with taking care of pets. If you need a little bit of assistance looking after a pet, not to worry because that’s one of the many services we offer.
What makes Evolve Home Care different?
- We will get to know you better during an in-home consultation that is free of charge. We will send a nurse to your place, so we can learn about your needs. We can come up with a care plan that works with your budget.
- We will oversee your care by conducting regular visits. During these visits, you can let us know if you want any changes to be made to your care plan. After all, your condition and other things change over time. We can add or remove certain services depending on what you want.
- We are a phone call away if you have any questions. Feel free to contact us at any time even if it’s in the middle of the night. We understand that emergencies happen, and we have staff ready to assist you.
